Our Eat Savage Roasted Chicken dinner features chicken that has been naturally raised and organically fed on a local, Durham Region Farm. The organic chicken leg is served on a bed of sweet potatoes that have been lightly tossed in melted ghee (clarified butter). The dish is then topped with roasted onions as well as carrots, celery and parsley that have been cooked in our Eat Savage Bone Broth.
The roasted chicken is also available as a side dish on it's own.
