Our Eat Savage Chicken wings are free range, mennonite raised and are also antibiotic free (Note like all poultry raised in Canada, they are also growth hormone free).
We bake them simply with olive oil, salt and pepper. We have an in house wing sauce that goes with them as well as the carrot sticks, celery sticks and dip.
To heat, simply remove all the sauces & veggie sticks from the box so just the chicken wings are in it. Empty the wing sauce (red one) from the container onto the wings (if coming directly from the fridge, it will be more like a paste at this point) and then put the lid back on loosely and heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Then place the lid on and shake to coat the sauce over the wings.
