Full Description:

Our Homemade Beef Broth is made by first roasting the local Ontario grass fed (grass finished) beef bones.  Once roasted, the bones are simmered for 48 hours. Organic Vegetables (Celery, Onions, Carrots, Garlic) are added for flavour & nutrients & Organic apple cider vinegar is added to the broth for maximum nutrient extraction.  Seasoned with bay leaves, kosher salt & peppercorns.  Also known as beef stock.

Our healthy Bone Broth was even featured on The Marilyn Denis Show.

The broth is pressure canned for shelf stability and comes in a reusable 500ml glass mason jar.    Also available in a 1 litre size.      Limited Quantities Available.

Bone broths are perfect for use in making nutritious soups and sauces and where ever traditional stock is called for.  Also highly recommended to drink on it's own as it contains so many nutrients and minerals.  Read more on the benefits of consuming bone broth.   Also can be used as part of Dr. Kellyann Petrucci's Bone Broth Diet.

The broth contains some naturally occuring fat from the grass fed beef.  Please refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 to 4 days of opening for maximum freshness.  Unopened with the seal intact the shelf life is at least 12 months - the enjoy by date is printed on the label.

Do NOT Freeze in the unopened glass jars.  They will break.  The broth does not require refrigeration or freezing until it is opened.  After opening, if desired, you can freeze in ice cube trays and store in zip lock bags in the freezer.
