For our meals, we offer the choice of Pick Up Locations or Direct Delivery.  For our broth, we also offer Canada Wide Shipping.

Penguin Pick Up Locations:

Not going to be home during the delivery time?  Penguin Pick, run by Smart Centres, is a convenient, secure location that you can order your meals to so they will be kept in the fridge for you until you are available to pick them up.  We have partnered up with select Penguin Pickup locations across the city so that you can pick up at these locations.  Your meals are kept refrigerated until you arrive and most locations are open until 9pm (NOTE: most UPS store locations are only open until 6:30pm).   You will receive an email direct from penguin pick up when your order is ready for pick up.  View all locations on a map

NOTE: Shipping is Free to Penguin Pickup if your order is over $50.00 otherwise it is $5 flat fee.

Deliveries are made on Mondays (NOTE: we are closed all Holidays).  We are currently offering free delivery of our paleo / eat clean meals to the following locations:

You can also pick up at our kitchen in Oshawa - 40 Simcoe Street, Oshawa, ON (pickups available Sundays - we call you when your order is ready or Monday mornings).

NOTE: You do not need to be a member of the Crossfit location / gym in order to pickup meals there.

We are always looking to add to our delivery locations.  If you own a healthfood store, Crossfit box or other gym within Toronto or the GTA and would like to offer your members/customers the opportunity to improve their health by having fresh and healthy meals delivered to your location / gym / box, please contact us to find out more about our program.

Direct Delivery to Home / Office in Toronto / GTA:

We deliver our Paleo Meals, bone broth, etc directly to your home or office throughout Toronto as well as parts of the GTA.  There are no minimum orders.  Deliveries typically occur between 9am & 5pm. 

Zone A - $5 Delivery Fee - Oshawa, Whitby
Zone B - $7 Delivery Fee - Ajax, Brooklin & Courtice
Zone C - $9 Delivery Fee - Bowmanville, Clarington & Pickering
Zone D - $12 Delivery Fee - Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, & Vaughan
Zone E - $14 Delivery Fee - Mississauga

Someone needs to be home to accept the delivery or you need to make arrangements for us to leave a cooler bag with ice.

Canada Wide Shipping:

We offer Canada Wide Shipping of any of the non-refrigerated items that we carry including our bone broths.  We ship the broth via Canada Post anywhere in Canada.  NOTE: Orders for shipping can't be placed online at this time.  You can either call or email us to request this shipping option.  Please contact us to find out more about our program.
